Lone Eagle Grille would like to introduce Chef Shane Hammett as the Chef de Cuisine. Prior to joining the culinary team at Lone Eagle Grille, Chef Hammett assisted Chef Sean O'Brien with the 2008 opening of Zinnia in San Francisco. Chef Hammett also served as Sous Chef of Blackhawk Grille in Danville and worked at the Michelin-starred Etoîle Restaurant at Chandon Winery in Yountville. At the age of 22, Chef Hammett became Sous Chef at Napa Valley Grille, also in Yountville, making him the youngest sous chef in the restaurant's history. Chef Hammett was raised in Sacramento and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Program at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco.
